Tober Builders LLC

Mike Tober is a Navy Veteran with 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. His skill set covers all phases of home building and remodeling, including framing, siding, trim work, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, flooring, windows, doors, basements, garages, additions, barns, and full interior/exterior renovations.

After years of working on job sites across Northern Michigan, Mike earned his builder’s license, secured full insurance, and launched his own company—Tober Builders LLC, established in 2025.

When he’s not on a project, Mike spends his time with his wife and three kids, enjoying camping, fishing, and the outdoors that make Northern Michigan home.
